Welcome to Sey Bridge! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.seybridge.com (the "Site") and related services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Site You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not use the Site in any way that causes damage, interruption, or impairment to the Site or access to it.

2. Account Registration You may be required to register an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

3. Orders and Payments All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

  • Shipping Timelines

    We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. While many products arrive sooner, some items shipped from international fulfillment partners may take up to 24 business days to be delivered. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed with tracking updates throughout the delivery process.

  • Refund Eligibility (Refundable vs. Damaged Items)

    Refunds are available for fully refundable products, even if the item has been opened. In such cases, any shipping costs originally paid by Sey Bridge to fulfill the order will be deducted from the refund amount. Customers are not explicitly charged shipping fees at checkout, and Sey Bridge is not obligated to disclose or itemize the original shipping cost applied to the order.

    For items received damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must submit a refund or replacement request within the time frame specified in our Return & Refund Policy. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund or replacement and will be treated as non-refundable, regardless of condition.

    Products that are returned used, altered, mishandled, or damaged due to customer use will be considered non-refundable following inspection, at Sey Bridge’s sole discretion.

  • Supplier-Specific Non-Refundable Products

    Certain products that are supplied by third-party vendors and are non-refundable as per supplier policy. Each product clearly displays its applicable refund or return eligibility under the “Refund Policies” section on the product detail page. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the supplier-specific policy shown for that product.

5. Intellectual Property All content on the Site (text, images, logos, designs, etc.) is the property of Sey Bridge or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute content without our express written permission.

6. Prohibited Activities You may not:

  • Engage in fraudulent activities

  • Impersonate others

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or other systems

  • Use the Site to spread malware, spam, or offensive material

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability Our Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Sey Bridge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
