Thank you for shopping at Sey Bridge. We’re committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience for all our customers. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below carefully before placing your order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept product returns withinΒ 14 days of delivery however customers must initiate a return request on the same day the product is received,Β for most unused and undamaged items in their original packaging.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Must include all original packaging, accessories, and tags.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for the following:

  • Beauty or personal care items

  • Undergarments or swimwear

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Perishable goods

  • Gift cards and downloadable products

Supplier-Specific & Non-Refundable Items Policy

Some products sold on Sey Bridge are sourced from third-party suppliers and manufacturers. These items may have supplier-specific return and refund restrictions.

Please Note:

  • Not all items are eligible for returns or refunds, even if they fall within the 14-day window.

  • Certain products are non-refundable and non-returnable as per supplier policy, regardless of reason (change of mind, size issue, preference, etc.).

  • Each product’s eligibility for return or refund is clearly stated on its individual product detail page under the β€œReturn Policies” section.

Conflict Resolution

  • In case of any discrepancy between this general Return & Refund Policy and a product-specific policy, the product-specific policy shall prevail.

  • Sey Bridge will provide supporting documentation to payment processors in case of chargebacks or disputes related to supplier non-refundable items.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email info@seybridge.com within 1 day of receiving your order. Include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if damaged or defective)

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery of your return.

  • We do not accept unauthorized or unapproved returns.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 8-10 business days to your original payment method.

Please Note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Any item that is returned used, damaged, or not in its original condition may be partially refunded or rejected depending on the inspection results.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days of approval, please contact your payment provider before reaching us again.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us withinΒ  24 hours of delivery at info@seybridge.com.

Provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos showing the defect or issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping).

⚠️ Important:

We do not cover:

  • Damage caused by customer misuse, mishandling, or accidental breakage.

  • Claims made without photo evidence.

  • Items that have been altered or modified after delivery.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item:

  1. Submit a return request for the original product.

  2. Place a new order for the desired item once your refund is processed.


6. Cancellations

We understand that mistakes happen. Orders can be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

If your order has already been fulfilled or dispatched, we cannot cancel it.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at info@seybridge.com with your order number.


7. Customer Responsibility

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to review the return and refund policy listed on the product detail page before purchasing.

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the supplier-specific return terms displayed for that product.

  • Requests that violate the supplier’s stated policy will not be approved, even if requested within the general return period.

  • Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping information and order details before checkout. Sey Bridge is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or uncollected packages.

  • In cases of dispute or suspected fraudulent refund claims, we reserve the right to deny refunds and provide supporting documentation to the payment processor if required.
