Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Sey Bridge! Below is our shipping policy to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.

1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

Note: Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, natural events, or carrier issues.

3. Shipping Carriers We primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on availability and delivery destination.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

5. International Shipping At this time, we only ship within the United States.

6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses We ship to addresses within the U.S., including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses.

7. Damages Sey Bridge is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.

8. Incorrect Address Disclaimer It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping, so there is a very small window to cancel/change the order or update the address.
